850cc Engine, Gearbox and propshaft assemblies

Including all ancillaries and controls: Starter motor (later models are the pre-engage type), water pump, distributor, clutch assembly, gear lever, pullies, fan blade, belt, rubber mountings, clutch cable, speedometer cable, accelerator cable, oil filter, air filter, fuel pump, carburettor, inlet and exhaust manifolds.

Reliant axle hub & brake assemblies (fitted to Rascal axle)

Including: Robin/Girling (easier than Kitten/Lockheed) 7inch brake back plates, brake drums, wheel cylinder and linkage.

Steering column & Rack assemblies (Liege steering rack option available)

Including: steering wheel, inner steering column (only solid type is suitable), UJ link, steering rack, mountings and track rod ends.

Front suspension stub axles (vertical link) assemblies (Kitten)

Including: stub axles, steering arms, bearings and hubs.

Front brake assemblies

Including: twin leading shoe brake back plates (same as Mini), brake drums, shoes and 15/16inch wheel cylinders.

Radiator & Hoses

pedal assembly: Accelerator, Brake (early Robin required) & Clutch Pedals

 

Dual brake master cylinder assembly (on Reliants after 1980 )

Hand brake assembly

Including: lever, mounting bracket, linkages and cable.

Silencer (Robin).

Fuel tank assembly

Including: sender unit, steel fuel filler pipe and cap, two (Robin only has one) rubber hose filler bends.

Door hinge assemblies

Including: captive nut backing plates, shims and hinge angle support brackets (with base removed)

 

Door lock assemblies

Including: strikers, covers, backing plates and internal lock links.

Seat assemblies & Seat belts

Robin seats, including: runners, saddle clamps and back plates. Later recoil seatbelts are optimum.

Heater assembly

Robin type (early single speed, later two speed), Including: demister vents and air hoses.

Instruments & Electrical components

Including: antenna switch assembly (early models have one arm, later models have two arms,) switches, wiring harness, battery, horn, coil, fuse box, relays, washer bottle equipment, wiper motor and drive.

Components different on the Kitten to the Robin

Propshaft, heater, seats, bottom steering column and silencer (Robin parts are required).

Also required: Suzuki Carry / Bedford Rascal axle assembly (see axle details).
