This Will Get You Incredible Leads
A friend of mine came up with a way to help me get leads when I moved to a newbroker. I wantedto tap into the internet but I am a real goof when it comes to using the internet to my advantage. So he came up with an idea about e-mailing real estate agents and letting them know I was available. So he came up with an e-mail list of over 10,000 addresses in Texas. After that he bought a program that sends each e-mail out individually. We didn’t want it to look like a big mass mail; we wanted to give it some meaning. So off they went and I swear the e-mails started coming in. Since then I have closed over 25 loans due to the e-mails and I have 48 in the pipe line waiting to close plus tons of REA’s that I have a relationship with now. Amazing, I couldn’t believe it. So I told him that he should compile a list for other states and offer them to other loan officers, mortgage companies and brokers, just not in Texas LOL. So that is exactly what he did. He has 38 states currently and in about a week he should have the rest. So if you are looking to get some easy leads send him an e-mail at
