The MaduraiDotNet User Group organized a session on AJAX on the 11th of August, 2006. The session was handled by Mr. Kaushik Srenevasan of Microsoft India. The session was arranged at the K.S.Auditorium and was attended by over 300 students from various departments such as CSE, IT, Mechanical, EEE and ECE. The students were from the 2nd and 3rd years. The session was an introduction to most of the participants who were really interested in .NET. The session lasted for two hours. This event was the third big event for the year 2006 organized as a part of MaduraiDotNet User Group activities. The other two events were the MaduraiDotNet Community Launch 2006 held in January and the Microsoft Community Road Show which was held in February.
