BRIEFING
On the Briefing you see the same menu as of below. The titles in italics are only viewable after watching the one above it in the game. If the words are in green, you can use "Camera Free" and if they're in blue, you can use "Camera Free" and "Camera Change".
CAMERA FREE- Use the D-pad to move about the screen as you wish. Use triangle to zoom in and square to zoom out.
CAMERA CHANGE- Alows you see Snake from different angles (press O).

This is Solid Snake in the Briefing. You can see he hasn't cut his hair (or presumably) dyed it yet! The whole Snake hair colour thing obviously caused so much confusion that in the briefing of the Twin Snakes, Snake's hair is already brown.
