Some of the pictures and content on this site may have come off other sites on the Internet. If any have, I'm sorry if you don't like them being here. I mean no harm, offence, or advertising in any way. Let me know if I'm using your own images against your will.
Management
Please don't come here asking to be made manager or assistant manager as I will deny your request. If you like the idea of managing an MSN Group, I suggest you build one of your own. All main site content is produced by myself, Liquid Snake (a.k.a. Liquid Viper), and the message boards are moderated chiefly by TheBurntBreadMan (a.k.a. BBM), and I, therefore, don't require any more staff.
I don't want to confuse you!
Sorry if you don't like the way I've done or spelt some things on this site. I'm British. You may have noticed that I spell "Armory" the British way ("Armoury"), color with a "u" in it, meter spelt "metre" etc...and that I've written dates in the British way (dd/mm/yyyy). Sorry if you don't like this, but I'm not used to the American way! Also, on the merchandise page I've listed the American products and European products I may have called "UK". This is beacuse I don't know the price in €uros.
No offence
I haven't put anything on this site to offend anyone. This includes pictures, descriptions, information etc. Don't take anything I've put the wrong way. I consider all the content of this site to be suitable for any age, sorry if you don't agree. If there is a particular article or image which you feel will or is causing offence, let me know what it is and the situation will be reviewed.
Viewing all pictures
Some of the pictures on this site may not come up, but be just an outline with a box with a cross in the corner. If this happens, right click on the picture and click "Show Picture". It should then appear. This works on other sites as well, so don't always assume that you can't view the picture without right-clicking first!
The stuff on my site
If you want to use the information on my site feel free, but can you please not copy any of it. Reviews and pages are always my own work unless otherwise stated and so I spend a lot of time typing all the information you see here and I'd appreciate it if you didn't just use what I've typed - what makes you think I can type better than you can?
Spamming and Advertising
I don't see why anyone should have to say this, but I don't expect any spamming or unrelated advertising on this site. Anyone who posts anything which is not suitable for an all-round rating (e.g. porn) will be banned immediately along with their messages. I would also appreciate all topics to be related to Metal Gear seeing as that is the point of this site and language to be kept clean.
Swearing and Unsuitable Language
If you post messages one the message board, please do not use any swear words or terminology or slang which is not suitable for a site considered to be suitable for all ages. As a general rule, if parents of little children would be up in arms about what you want to say, don't say it. Any posts containing inappropriate langauge or content will be deleted immediately.
Faults on the Pages
Some of the older pages, e.g. the Metal Gear Ghost Babel character page have been up so long that I made them when MSN didn't mind you having unlimited space for pages. Although some of the information on the pages is obsolete, there's no way I can edit them without starting again. You'll find that the hyperlinks on the pages won't work becuase they end with "naventryid=XX" No idea why, but this is the old linking system. But don't worry, all pages are still accessible - you simply have to look under the page name on the left hand menu. All links on the page will be sublinks. You can click here instead of on the page. I hope it doesn't cause too much annoyance or confusion!
Custom Fonts Used
A few pages use custom fonts, including BBM's stunningly cool collection of Metal Gear Solid fonts (available for download at Solid Snake's Game Shrine). Other fonts that may be used are the official PlayStation font and PS2 font, although I don't think I have used them on this site. If you do not have such font packages installed, the font may be substituted for a standard font which is on your system. Whether you have custom fonts installed or not, some printers object to printing them.
