This only concerns your chars for open
1 - This patch will be actif on all your games online or offline, as soon as you download it by connecting yourselves onto battlenet open or closed.
2 - You'll notice on your first game that the patch doesn't affect your 1.09 chars' items, they'll work and the skills are more efficient with the 1.10 patch... You'll keep your level if not higher than 99, the high levels will be modified.
3 - After the first game your chars' stats will systematically be put to the maximum authorized by Blizzard (1023).
4 - Jamella and Shadowmaster do not handle chars saved under the 1.10 patch. Which means you won't be able to load items with these editors on your chars.
5 - If you haven't done it... before you download the 1.10 patch... Open a backup file and save your 1.09 patch as well as all your chars (files XXXX.d2s). We are currently testing the possibility to carry on using Jamella and shadowmaster waiting for new editors for the final 1.10. You can copy/paste your chars in DiabloII/Save so they keep their original stats, but don't forget they'll be changed everytime you'll leave the game.
6 - New editors already exist for the 1.10 beta version, but apparently, they don't really work with the final 1.10. We are looking for everything new concerning the patch and will keep you informed.
7 - This is the only editor currently available for the 1.10 beta version, we are actually testing it with the final 1.10 patch...

This program is rather heavy... 6.71 MO unzipped and requires to install .ocx and DII manually. which means it's not easy to do, we are trying to create a zip with all this which will install it automatically.
To be continued ...
