Very often it's an intox and those screenshots come from MOD's... Here's one example. The  Bunny Level   Info or... intox??? INTOX !!! There are some secret doors leading to hidden rooms in diablo II   Info or... intox???? INFO!!!! That is true!... There are secret doors in Diablo II. Have a try. On the game, go to the prison level 1. With Maphack look for a square room without entrance but with items in it and a pantagram inside. Face up to the west wall of this room and click on all the arcades.... The wall will slide aside to open a door... A similar room exists on the three levels of the prison in the mode Hell. They probably exist in other acts. Have a game and look for them... If you find them put your screenshots on Miamira they'll be displayed with your name.
