The wheels are in!

In the front:

Stock front fender lowered 65 millimeters.

Brace inside front fender needs to be removed because of clearence issues.

Telefix aluminium fork brace added, curtousy of Ebay.de

Front brak calipers fit between the discs and the rim, BARELY!

GS750 hub, Katana 1100 slotted discs, stainless steel spokes, aluminium Morad rim, 17"x3.5" with Pirelli Dragon 120/70/17 tire. Drop in ride height is 3 cm, compensated by 2 cm by raising the forks back up to allmost lever with the upper tree.

And in the back:

'78 GS750 hub.

stainless stel spokes, extra large diameter.

Morad aluminium rim 17"x5".

Pirelli Dragon tire 180/55/17.

Round brake anchor replaced by flat profile on the outer side.

Stock brake caliper holder needs a minor bit of grinding at one edge for easy fitment.

Front sprocket is Afam 17 tooth 13 mm offset 530.

Chain is Regina Gold chain 530 with 118 links with 4 links cut off.

Rear sprocket is Bandit 1200 530 aftermaket, 44 tooth which gives slightly heavier ratio, 46 tooth was very close to stock. Spaced out by 13 mm.

Chaincase needs to be removed.

Bolts holding the last part of the rear fender need to be ground flat with the fender.
