Structure of the ATC
The Air Training Corps has 46,000 cadets, from 13 to 22 years old and 8,500 adult staff. To organise and manage such a huge number of people, the Corps is divided into Regions, Wings and Squadrons.
The UK is divided into six regions (shown on the map below). Each region contains about 6 wings and each wing consists of between 20-40 squdrons.

334 (Neath) Sqn belongs to 3 Welsh Wing which is a part of the Wales and West Region. Wales and West region covers Wales and the West Of England. It consists of 6 Wings; 1, 2 and 3 Welsh Wings, Merseyside wing, Staffordshire Wing and West Mercian Wing:

3 Welsh Wing Consists of 24 Squadrons spread out from Pencoed to Haverfordwest and up to Aberystwith. The map below is a little dated but gives you an idea of the layout of 3WW:
