A day in the life of Beau Brady

5:30AM - BEEP BEEP! Any sweet dreams of Beau's girlfriend, Bec, are rudely interrupted by his alarm clock. The sun's not even up but its time to go to work. Today it's on location at the beach.

6:30AM - It's straight to wardrobe so Beau can transform into Noah, then to make-up. "I dont like all that make-up stuff but it doesnt take long. It depends on how many pimples i have". says Beau.

7:00AM- Breakfast! Because of the early start, breakfast is catered for and Beau usually tucks into a bacon and egg roll with tomato sauce, hash browns and some fruit.

7:30AM- "Location scenes aren't pre-rehearsed. We basically run the scene with the director. Each scene takes about 20 minutes, so if we aren't on time we start running late" Beau says.

8:20AM- With three scenes in the can, Beau takes a break and heads to the trailer to chill out or nap. Or, "Pretty much talk about really weird stuff because we're so bored" Beau says

9:45AM- Beau's back on set. But unlike the episodes we see on TV, the scenes aren't shot in sequence. "You have to read the scripts and know where you are coming from, or it can be confusing" says Beau.

12:30PM - Lunch! expect anything from tacos to gnocchi and salad. "I usually wash it down with a can of coke, followed by dessert! I love the pecan pie" Beau says.

1:30PM- Beau's back shootng more scenes. Between takes he's constantly touched up by make-up to make sure everything's set so we get to se an oh-so perfect Beau on TV.

3:00PM - Location shooting is finally over, but there are still scenes to be shot back at the studio.

4:10PM- It's back into make-up and wardrobe for touching up and an outfit change. Then it's straight into shooting.

4:30PM- Theres only one scene to film today, so it's not long before Beau and co have rehearsed and hes got the rest of the day off.

5:00PM- Its home time! "If the surf's good, I'll shoot home, grab my board and go surfing for a bit. Otherwise i'll listen to music and run round the house naked!" laughs Beau.

6:30PM- Dinner. If you are lucky enough to get invited, he might cook his specialty- teriyaki and honey beef on a bed of steaming rice.

8:00PM- "After dinner i just chill out. I jump on the box and watch telly, or play playstation. I'm in a band called Bender and i play guitar. It's a rock/punk kind of band and we perform on weekends" Beau says.

11:00PM- Bedtime....maybe! "If i'm tired, I'll hit the sack now. So I'll just chuck on a pair of shorts and snuggle up to my teddy bear, Teddo." laughs Beau.
