Valentine's Day, 2006 While we have many items in common as people, as mental health clients, patients, victims, family, practitioners, we are all different in our experience with madness. If we share a diagnosis, simple show up at support groups or comparing notes, despite the DSMIV classification, while there may be similarities, we also have unique experiences, issues, pertinent to our own singular perspectives in living it out. As such, if this site isn't posting a lot of new messages from me or other members, it has been frequented by a lot of visitors since 2003 who do check out our links, which were entered with the idea of providing a number of perspectives, options, treatment strategies, rights issues, side effects, challenging us to take a look for ourselves at stuff, that if what we're doing isn't working for us, something else might strike us in living with this. So, for new visitors and old, likely as much as the documents section or presentation of events and issues in the various sections, to gain other insights, contacts and resources, use the links listings to hook up with other resource sites. Just Diana's contribution of the Compuserve search on Depression, lists 10,000 sites to research, and similar sites from weblinks to the Consumer movement and client network, lead to similar well connected and informative subject on as full a range of issues, topics and information dealing with madness, mental health, illness and policy.
