 you may well have trouble connecting to the internet,

due to activity on the sun interfering with your connection, (Its not you!!)

Check and make sure your settings are correct for
    the server. If you've installed a new firewall,   make sure that you didnt inadvertently block it from connecting to our server.    Have them reboot their computer.                                                                                 Have them also try another dial up number if one is
available to them.
