MICROSOFT CHAT
(Comic Chat)

 

Click here to DOWNLOAD the Microsoft Chat program. This was formerly known as Comic Chat after it's fun way of creating comic strips from your chat with others. You have the ability to shut the comic off and chat as normal in a text only environment.

When you have installed it, which is a breeze, go to Start> Programs > Microsoft chat and double click it.

The program will open and you will see a chat connection window. 

• Click on the "Personal info" tab and enter a Nickname (the rest of the info is up to you.) 
• Click on the character tab and choose a character.
• Pick a background you want to chat in.
• Where is says Server enter:         mama1010.ath.cx     
• Select:                                        Show all Available chat rooms
• Hit OK
• You will log onto the server. You will see the chat rooms on the server listed and possibly the "Message of the day" window. Just hit OK and then you can see the rooms clearly.
• Look for #PhotoGraphics and select it. Then at the bottom of the Chat room list is the Join Room button. click it to enter the PhotoGraphics chat room.
• If you want to switch to comic view from plain text, just click the "comic view" button that looks like a pic of a guy's head.
