UNDER CONSTRUCTION In the land of Portus, Pokemon battles extend even to the trainers that call upon them and that means they need the means to protect themselves. Should each and every Pokemon in a trainer's team fall to their opponent's monsters, the trainer can draw his Team's signature weapons and battle it out with their opponent before making a get away to the nearest Pokemon Centre. With the True Race gaining more and more power, the four rising Teams of Portus have developed weapons to counter-act one another effectively should the trainer be left exposed to physical attack by a foe trainer or Pokemon. These weapons are normally used as a last resort after the trainer has lost all of his own Pokemon in a battle, but some trainers may insist that they battle alongside their partners.
Below is a table summarising the weapons that the four Teams of Portus use. Each new trainer is equipped with these items with their starter Pokemon. The level of skill that any trainer has with these weapons is completely dependant on their user. However, it must be made clear if the trainer has had any prior experience in using such weapons when joining (we don't want any one-time wonders, please!). | Alignment: True Race (Chaotic, Evil)
Weapon: Sword
Description: A steel sword. The hilt and guard is personalised in apppearance per trainer.
Weapon: Five Rings
Description: Five rings that sit on each finger of one hand, they power together to release a ball of energy. Each set of rings is personalised in appearance per trainer. | Alignment: Team Rocket (Lawful, Evil)
Weapon: Sickle
Description: A curved, hand-held blade. The handle and blade's appearances are personalised per trainer.
Weapon: Whip
Description: A leather whip. The colour and tip of the whip are personalised in appearance per trainer. | | Alignment: Pokemon Warriors (Chaotic, Good)
Weapon: Extendable Baton
Description: A metallic baton that extends and shrinks, depending upon the desire of the user. The handle and tip are personalised in appearance per trainer.
Weapon: Energy Gauntlet
Description: A gauntlet that fires a bolt of energy from the top of the wrist. The colour, material and colour of bolt are personalised in appearance per trainer. | Alignment: Pokemon Bound (Lawful, Good)
Weapon: Soul Knife
Description: A knife extending from the user's soul, channelled through a bangle on the wrist. Colour and length of knife personalised per trainer.
Weapon: Mind Stone
Description: A stone set into a headband or bandana of some sort. It fires a bolt of psychic energy. Appearance of bandana and colour of bolt personalised per trainer. |
