The font I used for this tutorial is Mail Ray Stuff.  You can download the font HERE.

The first thing you need to do is find yourself a floatie.  This is the one that I used.

Clarissa uploaded over 200 floaties to an album.  You can find those floaties HERE.  The one that I chose only has 4 frames, which makes it easier for those that are just beginning.  If you choose one with more frames you will just need to follow more steps.

1. Open your floatie in Animation Shop

2. Press CTRL + A to select all of the frames.

3. Right click and click on Copy.  Move to PSP...then right click and click on Paste as Multiple Images.

4. Each frame from the animation should now be in PSP

5. Open a new image in PSP.  I used the size 400 x 200

 6. Click on your text tool and use the following settings.  I used a darker green for my outline...but you could also use the dropper tool to choose your own color from the floatie that you chose.  Make sure that your fill is set to null.

7. Once you have your text click on Objects....Align...Center in Canvas.
