New Runners

Welcome to ShadowRun Online, a Play by Post RPG site. Here are a few things to help new runners start playing.

First you should have, or at least read, the rulebook for the edition you are running in.

Second, you should have read our rules for the web site here.

Third, you should create a character using the edition you are going to run in. Post your characters here. You can get character Generators for third and fourth editions from our links page here.

Fourth, If you have not played a Play by Post game, you should visit some of the games and see how they are run.

Finally, go to Shadowrun Jobs and see if there are any new runs starting soon. If not you can start one, if you want to try your hand at Game Mastering, or you can play in the Free Form RPG posts.
