| Stampin & Taggin Place Membership Guidelines updated 12-24-06 Stampin' and Taggin' Place is a cooperative on-line studio – a place where stamp artists can gather to share their enthusiasm and ideas for rubber stamping – a place where we can learn and enjoy each other's company. For our studio to be vibrant and energizing all our members must participate actively. | PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS -
Each member is required to respond on-line to the monthly "Roll-call" message posted on the general message board on the first of each month. Active members should post their response by the 15th of the month. -
Each member is required to add a piece of their own recently completed stamp art to the Picture Trail at least once every two months. (we can help those who don't have a scanner or digital camera) | | RULES OF COURTESY -
We ask that all members be respectful of other members. Please use common courtesy and positive vibes when posting messages on the message board. No flaming, profanity, pornography, criticisms, or complaints on the message board, please. Email a manager directly if you have a concern with the community or one of its members. -
No soliciation is permitted. Those affiliated with a company (demonstrators, owners, or employees) may not post information about their company, unless it is in response to a direct inquiry, and is for the purposes of providing information, not soliciting sales. To enable communication in our community, each member must include their first name and email address in the club profile, which managers and other members can access. -
It's strongly urged that members uncheck the option to receive messages in their email box. In keeping with that, responses to posts via the message boards should only be made from within the community. Any posts that come via email will be deleted, since posting this way causes redundancy and takes up extra space. -
Swap guidelines and RAK guidelines are posted separately. | | The management team is here to help and answer any questions that you may have. Feel free to contact us via email or messenger. Although we try to be very speedy at answering your emails, please allow time for us to get back to you. | Thank you for your participation, contributions, and commitment to our community. |
