THOUGHTS ON CONSCIOUSNESS
"Conditions in the fifth dimension caused the 'big bang' and our universe. This means time would still have a beginning, but one would not have to appeal to something outside the universe to determine how it began. One can now have a scientific theory of the universe that does not involve GOD!" Professor Steven Hawkings.
The trouble with this theory is the notion of consciousness being only confined to the 'brain.'. Consciousness, because of the poor understanding by the scientific and physics community, is generally thought of as a 'fragmented' phenomenon. It is the understanding of some scientists within the scientific circle that consciousness is a manifestation brought into fruition by the chemical reactions of the brain - humanity, to these scientists, are therefore 'solitary conscious bubbles', each surrounded by a nothingness. It is this poor understanding regarding the nature of consciousness by science, that creates problems when trying to explain the universe and it's beginnings. In some areas of science, when explaining the emergence of energy and the universe, they talk of 'fields' or 'waves' clashing together and creating a kind of 'pulse' - the word scientists use is 'Soliton.' This 'soliton' being the elementary energy particles - gluons, protons, electrons etc.. But with the idea of consciousness being a fragmented phenomenon, and all theories about the nature of the universe being based on this assumption, then the truth of the universe and it's nature will forever be incomplete.
It is especially the 'fields' or 'waves' that science speaks of - that causes the 'solitons' - that doesn't make sense when trying to fit it in to their 'fragmented consciousness' theory. The universe, science explains, was created from nothing, but how can there be 'waves', 'fields', and 'energy' within a nothing? Waves and fields can be explained perfectly, when one considers consciousness to be 'uniform' in nature. Waves and fields would threrefore be the product of 'concentration', by consciousness applying pressure to itself.
Science, especially the theory from the above prominent scientist, go on the assumption that there is some sort of solitary God or Deity creating the universe slightly in front or slightly to the left or right of it. This is what they mean by their use of the words 'outside' and 'external', when refering to the creation of the universe. This is their view, because they do not understand the nature of consciousness. They think of God as a 'solitary figure' existing somewhere 'individually' in the known universe. That is why they say the universe was created from within, and that God was external to this 'inner' universe, and so was not involved with it's creation. But what the scientists do not understand is, God is not external to the universe - God is the universe, and created energy within itself!
Pascal's law (or Pascal's principle), in fluid (gas or liquid) mechanics, the principle that in a fluid at rest in a closed container, a pressure change in one part of the fluid is transmitted without loss to every portion of the fluid and to the walls of the container; first proposed by French scientist and religious philosopher Blaise Pascal; also, the principle that the pressure at a point in a fluid at rest is the same in all directions.
Consciousness created energy in a similar way: it applied pressure to itself, and as a result the whole of it’s conscious being became pressurised 'evenly' in all directions at the same time. Consciousness then, would resemble something akin to a pan of boiling water, the pan would represent the unlimited bounds of consciousness (the contained fluid at rest), and the boiling water would represent consciousness pressurising itself, and the overflowing of the boiling water over the pan, would represent the expansion of consciousness. It is humanities understanding of measurement and distance, that it now understands the ‘Big Bang’ to be an explosion of energy from a point source. The arrival at this conclusion is based on the human concept of ‘distance’, and 'lineage', because there is an expanding universe they argue, it is only logical to assume reversing the process will lead the expansion back to a point source - this assumption is only logical when consciousness is thought to be fragmented. When humans have devoted their lives to understanding something, and the numbers are not adding up, it is their human understanding that they must question, and not that which they are trying to comprehend. They must be prepared to set aside a human conditioned thought structure to understand that which envelops them - the conscious universe.
By observing liquids and gases, we can learn how the subtle fabric of consciousness works, because all liquids and gases work with the fabric of consciousness! All energy within this conscious universe acts in accordance to consciousness in it's behavior, because it goes along with the flow of it's surroundings - just like a 'froth', or a 'dead twig' acts on the surface of the sea. By observing the movement and behavior of the froth and dead twig, we can recognise the underlying current that is controlling them - in this case the texture and tides of the sea. In the case of the consciousness universe, energy is an integral component, and is under the influence of it's governance. It is only when the more complex energy forms evolve within the conscious universe, that a new 'altered perception' within this energy can occur, it is then that the 'froth' or 'twig' begins to move 'against' the tide of the sea: a complex energy form with an altered perception to that of it's greater conscious self, will be from that moment on a 'self governing point', rather than being a part of the influence of the greater conscious whole.
