SteamBrite.com. offers two types of agreements, repair and replacement.
Extended Investment Protection Repair Plans are available on all Portable Extractors, Electrical Adaptors, Air Movers, TruckMounts, Auto Scrubbers, Vacuum Cleaners, Dehumidifiers, Kohler engines, Burnishers, Duct Cleaning Systems, Pressure Washers, Power Floor Wands, Electric Sprayers, Instruments, Heaters, Accessories , Typhoon Tile Wand, Air Scrubbers, Ozone Generators, electronic meters, as well as anything that is electrically powered or is mechanical including but not limited to: Computers, Peripherals, Office Equipment and Electronics. These plans become effective upon expiration of the manufacturer's warranty. Labor and replacement parts are provided as necessary to maintain the product in operating condition. Electrical or mechanical breakdowns are covered including those resulting from power surges, regardless of their source of emanation, and normal wear and tear. Customer misuse, Acts of God and general maintenance are not covered. When a customer requires service, your EIP customer service representative locates an authorized service center for you through a provided 800 phone number provided at time of purchase. The product is delivered or shipped to the service center by the customer, unless on-site or in-home service is specified (extra $129.99 charge for this coverage 3 year 'Enhancement coverage'). There is no limit to the number of repairs that may be requested for the product. If the product requires repair for the same problem three times, EIP will replace it free of charge. Coverage is all the United States of America, Canada, Mexico, as well as in Puerto Rico. We're the service company behind more than 25 million service plans currently in force, and to care for these consumers we've established and maintain a vast network of more than 70,000 authorized service centers. Our comprehensive repair agreement benefits the customer through these included features:
Guaranteed Renewable - as long as the product is owned.
Non-Cancelable - regardless of the number of service calls or age of the product, EIP can never cancel the agreement. The customer always is protected.
Transferable - if the customer sells the product, the agreement can be transferred to the new owner, which increases its resale value.
Covers All Makes and Models - in a product category, regardless of brand in all of United States and Canada.
No Deductible - service is totally covered. There are no hidden charges or deductible payments associated with repair requests.
No Ceiling on Option On Site Protection - There is no ceiling on trip charges for in-home service, again saving customers money if they happen to live a longer-than-usual distance from a repair center.
The policy is transferable at no cost. So if you deside to sell the equipment in two years, you will be able to transfer the remaining year of protection to the new buyer. This realy helps sell your used equipment.
The policy has a money back garrantee. If you deside you no longer want the protection, you my request a refund at any time. For example one and a half years after purchase, you deside you want a refund, you would recieve a prorated amount based on the number on months left on the policy less any moneys paid out for repairs.

Option 2: PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
All qualified products (warranted goods) sold at below $200 are eligible for coverage under the Product Replacement Program. Under the terms of this program, no attempt at repair of the product is made during the term of the agreement.
When a customer calls EIP, a representative instructs the customer to package and ship the product to EIP for inspection. Valid claims for replacement are honored by a merchandise replacement voucher. The customer must return to www.steambrite.com to redeem the voucher for new merchandise of equivalent or greater value. The agreement is valid for a one-time replacement only and is not renewable.
