To all Ontario Table Tennis Players,Good news for us all!!!Starting immediately, all league matches in Ontario will count towards CTTA ratings. Arrangements are being made to receive the results from theMississauga Table Tennis League, the Scarborough Kings league and the new Capital Region TT League. If there are any other leagues who would like to join in, please contact me.We will count ALL matches for October, November, December & January for free. No $4 rating fees, no OTTA membership required. This is free trial period. We will promote OTTA membership and starting February 1st, only matches between affiliated members will count for ratings. I am confident many players will enjoy checking their results online & seeing their rating increase. One of the many advantages of joining the CTTA rating system is that all players can know where they stand in their age categories. We have ranking for juniors from under-6, 7 ... until under-24. If you have some talented &hard working juniors in your club, they will show in the National rankings and could be selected for National Team status. Then we have over 25, over30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80 and 85!! Maybe you are one of the best in Ontario in over 55 and you don't even know it!!As recreational & competitive players, you will have a monthly feedback onhow you & your buddies are doing. Maybe set a goal to go up 50 points this season? 100 maybe more :-) If you improve a lot, you
can make it too our top-100 most improved players in  Canada:

When you play in tournaments in Ontario or outside (Quebec, Manitoba, USA,etc) you will have a valid rating to be used for seedings and establish which events you may enter. (For USA tournaments, your CTTA rating will beconverted to USA values.)In addition, all clubs can have their own web page for FREE!! All you need is to send me your list of members and any info on the club. Your page will be automatically updated each month!!  OTTA has just modified the membership policy. It is now 12 month from thedate you join and no longer in calendar year. It is very important for OTTA& CTTA that you are a member in good standing. As non profit organisations,membership is crucial. When
