| 1. Please refrain from flaming other members. We wish to promote a loving community where everyone feels safe to share. If your response is derogatory to the opinion or person, don't post it. 2. Please respect our differences. We come together from many different walks of life through our mutual interest and love of Tarot. No religion, race, or creed is superior to another. 3. Please respect our members right to privacy. The postings in our community shall be considered the property of the author. Do not forward anything without permission. 4. You must use a valid email address to apply for membership. Applicants using a false address on their application will be denied. Please type carefully to avoid typos. 5. You must be a member of Tarot for Life for a period of 3 months AND get permission from one of the management team before you promote or advertise on our message board. This is to insure we stay within MSN non-commercial guidelines and that we don't have one time promotion posters. We do however welcome the opportunity for our participating members to share. 6. Spam is defined as unwanted or unsolicited email. Spamming our membership is prohibited. This includes appropriating the emails of our members to send them anything you haven't received their permission to send. 7. All posts requesting a reading are to be assigned from the Readers Group. There should be no readings posted to the boards in response to a reading request. Members may post their own readings for additional help or insight and the membership is encouraged to respond. Readings are also done in our Friday night chats. This allows for a fair distribution for members in the Readers Group. New members may request a reading after 15 days have passed from their join date. Members can request and receive one reading, with one (1) question, every 30 days. By requesting a reading, you give your permission for your question and the subsequent reading to be shared at the Reader's Group. A feedback form will be sent to you upon completion of your reading request. No further readings will be assigned unless this form is filled out and returned. We encourage members that have been here for 30 days to volunteer at our Readers Center. 8. No posting of pay-for-reading sites or 1-900 numbers. That's just plain annoying The Management reserves the right to delete any post that they feel goes against these guidelines. If you have a question on any of the guidelines or are unsure if you may or should post a message, contact the management. We are here to assist our members in any way to preserve and promote this community. Visiting our community should increase your joy in the use and learning of Tarot. |
