A United Pagan Summons for Peace and Goodwill

As we gather in our Circles, Groves and Covens, we in the western world give thanks for the fact that we have plenty. But others on the Earth are not so fortunate and the state of life as we know it is in danger. Very soon the natural resources of the Earth will no longer be able to support us and we continue to destroy what little we have left. Wars for oil, religion or domination, terrorism, rumours of wars, possibilities of nuclear destruction, and pandemics trouble and decimate the Mother's lands and peoples on a global scale. Most of us feel hopeless about the state of our governments, their greed and corruption and their responses to what is happening. A few of us, and friends from every corner of the globe, have come together with a small idea and now we appeal to the Powers That Be. We are requesting that  Pagans world-wide take a few minutes for a short prayer every day, and as the gentle way of our path dictates, if we are brave enough to take the lead in our humble quest, perhaps those of other faiths will follow, and as one, with one voice,we will reach nations, and our message will be carried around the world.

 We suggest the time to be exact for all of us so that the maximum amount of energy can be raised. Now is as good a time as any to take responsibility for the future of our beloved Earth. The time we suggest for our prayer will be at exactly 12 NOON, in ANY Time Zone. This will create a daily GLOBAL Wave of Prayer.
