| The Chat Hosts The Chat hosts are volunteers giving of their time freely to be available for members to chat to or ask advice from in the chat room. They will usually be confident in the technical aspects of using the chat room nonetheless recieve ongoing training form the managers. They can if they so wish have their own message board for people to ask them questions during the week. The chat hosts will recieve messages sent to the group in their email inbox. They do not need to have their email address visible to members but they must make it available the Manager- Zahra ESME Mass
