  Division 1

After last weeks first win in the league the Bushel were hoping for the same again at home to Bartons, the visitors looking for their first win of the season. Bartons took the lead with a Marco Crescitelli goal but two second half goals from Andy Pearce and

Michael Stefanadakis sealed a 2 – 1 win for the Bushel.

Top of the table Barons were away at the Heath to the Elephant & Castle with Barons remaining top after a 4 – 1 win. Hitting the net for Barons were Lee Bryant with a brace and one goal apiece for John Carter and Ashley Mac Donald. Jack Ellam scored the Elephant & Castle goal. Veterans Daryl Tooke and Andy Finlayson both made second half appearances as substitutes for Barons.

The Rising Sun travelled out to Elveden to play the ‘Phoenix’. The journey was well worth nit with the Rising Sun winning 6 – 2 to take three valuable away points. On target for the Rising Sun were Danny Portway (4), Jordan Marlow (1) and Dan Dykstra (1).Michael Goffinet netted both the ‘Phoenix’ goals.

With only one point to show after their first four games Champions Ixworth Pykkerell were hoping for their first win against a depleted Priors. They ‘Pykkerell’ got that win 4 – 2 thanks to goals from Adam Bunnage (2), Steve Hissett (1) and Tom Smith (1). With their normal keeper absent James Cable took the keepers jersey and was outstanding for Ixworth Pykkerell. Tihmir Zhelev scored both the Priors goals.

Westbury United welcomed Lawshall Swan to Great Barton both sides yet to be beaten in the league this season. The Swan winning this one 2 – 1 with goals from Jack Mondon and a late second half Danny Parker winner. Andy Dennington netted for United.

Division 2

Unbeaten Barrow travelled over to play Beck Row at Lamble Close. Barrow remain unbeaten after a 2 – 1 win. Hitting the net for Barrow were Joe Austin and an own goal. James Ware scored for Beck Row.

Bury Rovers entertained Pot Black 06 at Hardwick Heath with both sides looking for their first three points of the season. Pot Black06 got their three points after a 4 – 2 win. Netting for Pot Black were Allen Dodds, Dan Ellis, Craig Friend and Tom Wiggins. Mick Cross scored a brace for the Rovers.

Haughley United Reserves were at home to the Rising Sun Reserves with both sides sitting in mid table. Haughley taking the spoils with a 4 – 2 win thanks to goals from Dave Fisher (2) and Josh Bullock (2). Matt Hawkins and Dave Warren scored for the Rising Sun Reserves.

Mildenhall United were hosts to RF Saints at the Jubilee playing Fields in Mildenhall. United winning this game 4 – 1 with strikes from Clive Boucheron (2) , Justin Singletary and Martin Parker. A Luke Frammingham headier accounted for the RF Saints goal.

Bacton United were unable to field a side away to Black Boy, in accordance with league rules the match is awarded 2 – 0 to Black Boy.
