New Elfwood Refit IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE, INFACT, A LIVE ACTUAL PERSON. Due to the general disrepair and wanton sex/dating adds, Membership to this site has been restricted to approval by a manager. Now, if you are a member of this community and want to stay that way, pay attention. To ease clutter and get rid of some cobwebs I will be contacting all members via email and requesting confirmation that they wish to stay. If you want to remain a member PLEASE REPLY either by email or on the message board under the Refit Topic. There will be two emails sent, the first today: July 13, 2007, and the second on July 20, 2007. You will have two weeks to respond to these emails (if you respond to the first you may ignore the second) after which point all members who have not replied will be banned. If after a member is banned they wish to return, they are welcome to contact me and ask to have their status returned. I am primarily concerned with removing advertisers. I will not be deleting any artwork or writing as of yet. Attempts to contact gallery and library owners will be made and the material will stay or be removed as per their wishes. An Important Note: If you wish to remain part of this community, it does not mean you must be an active part of it. You are welcome to stay in lurker mode or occasionally post pics and stories. The point of this refit is to keep members who care for this community and get rid of those who are using it for other purposes. In the meanwhile I will be contacting the other managers and oldies who started this place and see what can be done to create a free standing site. If any of them are still interested in such things. Questions, concerns, and suggestions can be brought by anyone via email or message board. Anyone who wants to be part of what this community once was is welcome to join in its recreation and any plans that may emerge regarding a new home for it. NOTE: All members who have not made their intentions known will be BANNED as of JULY 27,2007. Artists and Writers You will no longer be automatically entitled to assistant manager status. If you have a gallery or a documents section already open, then please contact one of the managers about changing your status. Artists When you put your work up, please go into the "Picture Gallery" section and create your own "album." If possible, please put up your picture and include whatever descriptions you wish. Writers Please put your pic up in the Writers Photo Gallery. Once you receive your status then you may create a file in the document section and upload your story(ies) there. Please do NOT post it in the sidebar as we are trying to reduce the jumble. Thank you for your cooperation. NOTICE: Please, if you have not done so, remove any works from the sidebar into your own document section file. It is understandable if there are delays in this due to sudden changes occuring.
