An untitled de la Rocha album appeared on Amazon.com listed as an import. Amazon is taking pre-orders for the album and shows it scheduled for release on January 1st, 2010; but this only the default date for something that hasn't been given an official release date, guess RATM/Zack's fans will have to wait a little longer.
The rest of the band members formed a group called Audioslave.
Latest news on Zack De la Rocha "Zack is also, according to a 2006 Spin article, actively working with the Son Jarocho group Son De Madera and has performed with them on a number of occasions including the 'Save The Farm' rally for the South Central Farmers plot in Los Angeles, California. Among the songs de la Rocha performed was one critical of the government's response to the Hurricane Katrina disaster"
