The Technical Team, The Istari--This team has answers to all your technical problems or has the knowledge and resources available to find the answers for you in a quick and efficient manner.  Stormrider  Manager    The Technical Enchantress! She works in a Technical environment on her job, has taught herself most of her computer skills, and is now learning the necessities of Website Development. Desi Baggins Asst Manager The Technical Wiz! She is very computer savvy, has many fresh new ideas, and is becoming proficient with her art skills. The Study Team, the Loremasters--This team leads and organizes stimulating, thought-provoking discussions in the effort to enlighten and share knowledge with all members. Sparrow Asst Mgr     Sparrow is looking forward to start her participation as a study manager. She has been looking into some ideas for our studies. The Membership Team, Eärendil's Star Messengers--This team handles the acceptance and welcoming of the new members of the Tolkien's Ring community with warmth and grace so that their initiation is a smooth process.  Soleil Asst Mgr    The Greeter! She is usually the first one on the boards to welcome the newest members. Warmth and good cheer are her best attributes and she extends them freely to all of our Members. The Art Goddesses--This team encourages our members' in their artistic talents and helps beautify the site with their artistic contributions.  Majah Manager Majah loves art! She is very good at watercolor and has fallen in love with Paint Shop Pro. She has been having a great time with creating Animations and adding sparkles to her art. Sigevna Asst Mgr A very minor Art Goddess and "Herder of Cats,"  Sigevna has done some beautiful banners and kaleidoscope art.  She likes to work with images in Paint Shop Pro.
