As an example of how U.S. Bank, member FDIC, an FRB Systemmember, can screw people: Unfortunately when I get my statement some time later, not using an ATM or InternetServices as with the majority of the planet, I find Overdraft Fees,Negative Balance Fees and DailyContinual Overdraft Fees in excess of$l,OOOusd Letter to FDIC

If you fall behind on your US Bank credit card payments they can take the amount you are behind out of your checking account without your permission. They will send you a letter by UPS stating they are taking the money out of your checking account - In my case 1,002.00 ANOTHER small business screwed

US Bank will start charging a $10 fee for any phone payment involving funds held at another institution...In other words, US Bank will nickel-and-dime its customers for no better reason than because other banks are doing it The Fees Keep On Coming

The "encouragement" to use U-Suck Banks preferred check vendor, and the imposition of a fee if you don't (and they decide to reject your check during processing), sounds quite a lot like what used to be called extortion Re: Fees for rejected checks

US BANK HAS BEEN DINKING ME FOR THE PAST YEAR. THEY HAVE TO CHARGE A OVER DRAFT FEE, I UNDERSTAND. BUT TO CHARGE ME 7.00 DOLLARS PER Another happy business customer

4 DAYS AND THAT 5 DOLLARS BECOMES 104 DOLLARS...NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NON NO NO ONONONONONONONONONONNONO....WRONG! - This is USBANK btw...and they are awful I Hate F*cking Banks

USbank stole 150 from me....My bank is theiving from me and after an hour arguing over the phone and eventually in person about the whole deal I come to the conclusion that they f*cked me over on the basis of a not explain and not mentioned technicality over the fact im a new member at this bank F*ck USBank

I'd be better off banking with the maffia....Two over-draft charges while I had a positive balance, which led to a milliondy more overdrafts. And it's just gonna keep coming I've said it before, and I'll say it again...

I used to have a USBank account. I have one no longer. Their policy on overdrawn charges is to keep charging you FOREVER. And to allow me to take money from my account that I didn't have, even though I paid with my debit card and used my PIN. This should not be allowed to happen. USBank and I are no longer on speaking terms Life since last entry AND BEYOND!

I made 5 purchases with my check card 5 days before, which were cashed at the same exact millisecond as this check. They totaled $42. I had $50 in my bank account. Now you could have cashed the big one last, or even in the middle. But instead, you took advantage, cashed it first to make my account negative, and charged $34 x 6 checks = $204 US Skank

The horror started when I went online to balance my accounts on the night of July 5th. I had over $3000.00 in my account at the time, but there were 2 $29.00 overdraft fees posted to my account Another vote, and a complaint story

Just when I thought everything was taken care of, surprise! The checks are for the wrong amounts, $50.00 shorter than they should have been. So I make another call to US bank and learn that because my accounts weren’t open for 90 days, there is a $25.00 fee on both Another vote, and a complaint story 2

In the mid-80s some of the BIG banks came to a new philosophy. They existed for three reasons: to make money, to make more money, and to get blood from customers, often known as "turnips" in the industry....the banks decided to start adding fees for services. First, there was a charge for each check written. That was changed to a fixed monthly charge for any number of checks written. Later, the charge went up, but you could save money if you didn't want your checks back. And, more recently, a charge was added just for banking with BIG bank  See A Teller, Go To Jail
