USBank not only has serious problems attracting new customers (word of mouth is the most powerful advertising), they continue to lose existing customers. All Mr. Grundhofer has accomplished is cutting expenses to the point where services can't be delivered effectively any longer, while at the same time piling on fees to the remaing customers in order to maintain revenue levels Another happy business customer

US Bank credit card services' customer service leaves one with the impression that customers are merely necessary evils in their business model. Rude.. arrogant... unavailable... condescending... could not care less whether one was customer or not Another one bites the dust!

Several people (including me) have been warning about their airline exposure. I didn't even realize USB was a creditor to United, and now United is defaulting on their payments. Hmmm, that sounds familiar Aircraft trouble starting for Jerry

I have also experienced problems with SEARS, USBank of Washington and Oregon for duplication of reporting, inaccurate reporting and failure to remove derogatory information from your credit bureau reports even after they ADMIT there are errors and stating they have corrected them Cagey Consumer

As far as USB is concerned, it is hard to imagine a business client of this bank or PJC who has not witnessed criminal violations by persons under working for the bank or its now spun off investment banking operation. I am still wearing of going back...USBank has been so horrible for me...I do not think I could ever go back. Although, they have many locations, ATMs, convenience, etc. I have never had such poor luck with a bank before
