From middle-management on down, the level of frustration and apathy is appaling Actually...USB Top Brass Is That Bad

Customer service has downgraded since the merger with First Bank Systems. The branch system has been hit by a lot of cost cutting measures which has reduced staffing and expertise Customer service

A number of middle managers and staff members from banks that USB has acquired are looking for greener pastures. They've discovered that being a part of a large, bureaucratic and poorly managed institution is not what they had expected.....Bigger, is not always better You're not kidding

Fire the good employees, intimidatethe remaining ones with crap...US Bank employees in Arizona, who are the internal customers of HR, are exposed to consistently rude, most unprofessional behavior from their "team members". The 5 Star Guarantee is the biggest joke there is!

We are not stupid, we realize that shareholder value is number one, executive compensation is number two, customer satisfaction is number three, and providing a decent working environment for the line employees who attempt to deliver under poor fte ratios, non-existent training, unresponsive management, antiquated equipment, lousy communication is ranked number 3 billion Good intentions but weak employee

The last three years, it has been widely felt among employees that we are not valued, and that the only concern is the corporate bottom line I could go on and on with multiple examples! Grundhoffer SUCKS

Employees that were originally advised of severance are having to complete resumes within a few weeks of their severance date for possible redeployment within the company as a result of excessive expertise leaving the company...it has been very disrutptive to many lives, and has contributed to fostering negative internal moral as well as an overall feeling of mistrust and unknowns Internal Operations

----The service is horrible---nobody knows what they are doing at these banks.....They don't have customer service---management has cut and slashed and burned this baby--- Poor Service thats killing

No doubt, their style is "management with a hammer", as quoted earlier. I have seen many good employees ruined by their "shut up and do it" management style and management by public humiliation and ridicule USB unworthy of exisiting

To this day, I still am unsure of what my file is stating the reason for my termination From the complaint files  Also upon reading the paperwork sent for termination it did not say that you would be screwed by the next morning. USB cancelled my options the next morning and that superseded my call From the complaint files
