I had the misfortune of calling USBank to resolve a minor problem. The employees were incompetent and rude! I only own a few hundred shares but I'll kiss them goodbye on Monday! Worst Service I've ever seen
I am a long time USBank customer. A loyal customer who was always fairly satisfied with what USBank provided me. But I recently found myself on the recieving end of the Five Star Screw. I never though I would be a victim of my own bank screw u USBank
I wrote two e-pinions on my experience as I tried really, really hard to become a customer.....I was prevented from getting a simple Visa card because US Bank can't interpret a simple credit report correctly....US Bank loses my initial deposit check to open a savings account.....Their lack of service and accountability sealed the deal -- I would never be a US Bank customer neg. poster & (ex-)US Bank Customer
US Bank will now not credit that "cash" deposit to the customer's account till tommorow, after all it was only "cash",have to wait for CASH to clear?? WTF!! And this my dear people is how they F__ked me over and over out of 33.00 a pop in NSF fee's,because that frigging merchant has more authority over "your" account than you do US Bank policy
NO!!! Its new name is U.S. TANK !! U.S. Bank?
US bank has successfully turned a very happy customer into one that loves to tell everyone how much they suck Happy New Year USB, NOT!
usb is a product peddling institution IMHO, nobody cares about the customers. all the professional relationship types are bailing. usb churns thru its employees and customers churn and burn
I'd like for you all to know that the posts concerning the deferred payment and the threats from USB were VERY real, NOT "built up" ... Now I have not talked with everyone who works for USB, but I can state FOR A FACT that Ronnie ? and Jerry Vanderhoff (sp.?) DID threaten to ruin our credit and DID tell us straight out that we were liars, among many other things that were said Just For The Record...
More than just this newest suit, I assume you're aware of the class action lawsuit filed against USBC for violations of the bankruptcy code relating to improper attempts to get debtors to sign reaffirmation agreements. Seems to me that this outfit does what it wants, when it wants, they way it wants, and then justifies its actions as acceptable business practice Seems to be a pattern...
What I see on the Internet, the US Bank complaints, does not appear to be related to new (30 days) accounts. Many of these appear to be long-time customers. Maybe US Bank has the legal right to hold deposits for up to 7 days, but that doesn't mean its good business - not when the competition is generally making funds available in 1 business day. And I have seen a couple complaint stories where holds were allegedly placed on direct deposits... that's just plain wrong ! Re: Jerrysworstnitemare.... Rhino
It's getting downright ugly....Since USB isn't providing either stellar customer service or stellar products, is it any wonder that USB has closed six branches in Las Vegas alone in the past four months? USB losing customers
There is no such thing as customer service in the Cincinnati area. USB employees need to get busy and take care of depositors before more of those deposits leave for banks that know how to take care of customers Demise of Customer Service
As a new account holder with this bank I am highly upset and downright pissed off. Next wendsday I will close the account and go back to bank of America even though I dislike them too....I do not forget poor treatment...no wonder their parking lot and lobby is always bare...STRONG SMELL! Re: Consumer Uprising
The worst decision I ever made was to recommend US Bank to my business Whiner Biz Customers
Although I dont like US Bank much this one has to be the worst...Their customer service is rude and not friendly at all Horrible Bank
