US Bank employee complaints on the message boards

This man(a branch president, no less) started showing up unannounced at my house during business hours, once came into my house during bank hours and took all his clothes off to show me "what you're missing," used company computers and servers to harass and stalk me, spied on me and my family during bank hours, and ultimately assaulted me Could this possibly be true?

Many of the employees that use to post to this message board are long gone. Those that are left are scared. God save us all from this hell why employees dont post

I guess where I fell behind was when you were criticized for helping a customer. Customer service just isn't operational excellence Never Very Good

USB lender called him back to say he was approved, and learned that he was withdrawing his application, the lender started yelling, belittling him, the "don't expect me to every help you again" treatment. I decided to move on but it should be noted that the 5 star guarantee is a HUGE JOKE!! USBank does not care about there employees or their customers at all! US Bank managers

Most of this comes from how cheap Jack G can run the company and treat the employees instead of how streamlined and efficient the company can be run. Life changed when USB bought Piper Piper service

I recently left after 25 years and find myself in a small battle with the company over a relatively small 3rd quarter incentive that I had "earned", but since I left 2 days prior to the incentive being paid, they want it back. I am assuming at this point any response will take 30 to 45 days. Kind of like the 1-800-who-cares customer service line Policy May Not Hold Water

I worked for USBANK for four and a half years. They even terrorize their employees. Please don't bother them, they know how bad the bank is...If you are an average joe.. you're screwed  Ex US Bank Employee

Worked at U.S. Bank in St. Paul for five years as a trust officer, setting up 401(k) and profit-sharing plans for clients. Was spending so much time acting as his own secretary, answering phone calls and e-mails, that it became impossible for him to get his work done I'm Outta Here

While I agree that Jerald and Jonathan probably don't give a rat's ass about what we post here (hey, do they even care about their customers), I do know that USB has sent out company-wide memos in the past directing employees to not post messages  USB watching you, employees?
