   Sea View Casita One      $75.00 per night    

Sea View Casita Two      $75.00 per night  

Villa Spice Suite             $50.00 per night    

Baja Room                    $40.00 per night  

 All rates are  based on a double.

A light breakfast of coffee, teas, juice and pastries is included.

 

Sea View Casita One, sleeps 5 in 2 queen beds and one single with air conditioning. 

Both Casita are very spacious over 500 sq ft. each.  New queen beds, large private bath with hot showers, dining table, sitting area and ceiling fans.

Sea View Casita Two, sleeps 6 in 3 queens , ceiling fans.

 

In the main house, there are 2 more rooms.  Each room can be rented individually or as a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, common area, 1 full bath and 2 half baths.  The main house opens to the main seaview terrace through the white french doors.  

Baja Room, sleeps 2 in 1 double. 

Villa Spice Suite, sleeps 4 in 2 queens.  Private entrance, private bath.

 

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Upon Request. 

Our daily gourmet meals includes a variety of fresh juice, fresh fruits, freshly made yogurts,expresso roast coffee and teas, cooked to order breakfast includes ranch eggs, omelets, french toast, pancakes, ham, bacon, seafood, homemade bread and pastries.   All meals are prepared using only the highest quailty of fresh fruits, vegatables, meats and seafoods. 

We follow a high protien diet, low in carbohydrates, no refined sugars.  

All guests have use of a full kitchen and common area that opens to sea view terrace.

  Daily Maid service is provided.  

All rates are based on 2 people in one room.  Additional per person per night $20.00.

A 10% tax and service charge will be added.

Ask about single rates, summer rates and group rates.  All reservations required a 50% nonrefundable deposit within 10 days of booking.
