Crow's Canyon Club Cookout

• Sunday, June 8
• Dave R. is the ride coordinator
• $20 dollars per rider (the cost is probably due to the Firecracker Roost & Run event that is occurring the same day)
• Bring your own drinks
• To ensure the group will be parked together, we will be meeting at the rest stop on 77, past the Strasburg exit.  Meet there at 8:30, we will leave there to head to Crow's Canyon at 8:45

Its ok to let someone ride on your land.  As a land owner you are subject to certian immunities from being sued  Check out the immunity law.

Recomended ATV Gear:

1.  Always bring at least one other person with another ATV.  (for safety)

2.  Eye protection.  Goggles, keep dust out but fog up easy.  Shooting glasses can also be very helpfull.  If neither of the above are available you should always wear some type of eye protection like sunglasses.

2.  Helmet.  Most riding parks require a helmet.

3.  Riding gloves.  This prevents your hands from getting blisters and keeps them warm in cool weather.

4.  A tow rope.

5.  A tire plug.  These cost less than $10.00 but come in very handy.

6.  A state license.  In Ohio this is only $8.50.  It is required to ride on state parks.  Although still not legal it may get you out of a ticket if driving on the road.  Not all officers are trained properly on the ATV license.  This may be purchased at your local BMV and is valid for 3 years.  This will also allow you to ride on any PA trails systems requiring a state license.
